Requesting MassMutual Ascend Proxy Access

Agent sales assistants can request proxy login access to the MassMutual Ascend website. Requests should be sent directly to MMFAsales@mmascend.com, and they will submit a ticket to create the account. 


Please provide the following information in that email request:

 

  • Requestor's Full name:
  • Requestor's Email address:
  • Requestor's Mobile Phone number to use for Two-Factor Authentication to login:
  • Preferred username: 
  • List of all advisors the proxy user needs access to. Please include:
    • Full name of advisor
    • Advisor’s NPN or e-mail address (Please note MM Ascend does not have access to MassMutual AA#s as we do not share IT systems and are independently operated from one another.)
