The following applies to our Core Office locations (Walnut Creek, San Jose, San Francisco):

- Internal network for business associates
- Protected by domain login
- Log in with your MassMutual ID (AA/AE#) and Okta password
- After changing your Okta password, refresh your credentials on all devices by following the steps in Forgetting A Saved Wi-Fi Network. This will help prevent account lockouts.
- On Android devices, you may be prompted to select a certificate. Choose "Do not validate" as the option.
- CWAGYGUEST2
- Guest network with no access to internal resources
- Recommended for non-business devices (such as cellphones not configured with Workspace One)
- Protected by monthly rotating passcode
- See office support staff for network passcode
