Signing in to Zoom applications (SSO)

The steps below cover the steps needed to sign in to Zoom applications (desktop app, mobile apps, or Outlook add-ins):

The Zoom desktop application can be downloaded from this link: https://zoom.us/download

Zoom mobile applications can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device, or via the Workspace One Intelligent Hub mobile app.

1. Open the Zoom app on your respective platform
   • PC: search for Zoom in the Windows Start Menu
     
   • Mac: search for Zoom in the Spotlight Search (magnifying glass top-right)
   • Mobile: open Zoom from your Home Screen or App Drawer
     
     
2. On the sign-in screen for the Zoom app, select the SSO / Sign in with SSO option.

3. In the company domain box, enter financialguide, then select Continue.
   
4. You will then be prompted for your MassMutual user ID (AA or AE#) and Okta password.
   
   
   
5. After verifying your MassMutual credentials, you will be returned to the Zoom app to complete the sign-in process.
